So i cancelled 5 min.later...i was told to jump through all these hoops ..recieve the package, send it back with insurance and a tracking #, then call in X amount of days(like this is all i have to work on) and read off my tracking # to get refunded, which took about a month, but finally i did get the refund. Now every month there is a new charge from... read full review »

Toyota of Pacific Beach
October 28, 2009
Toyota of Pacific Beach is terrible when it comes to sales and finance! I bought a brand new scion tc from this location. The salesman who was helping me out knew absoutely nothing about the car, and didnt even know how to open the sunroof, yet he was getting commission on it. Once I bought the car, he forgot to fill the car up with gas and also sticker the documents to the inside of the window. He compained that he was tired, because it was after 10pm at night. When I had to deal with finances after, the associate forgot to print up some of... read full review »

I booked this hotel online through yell.com, it was advertised as 1 star with basic facilities for a single room including: single bed, heating, fridge, microwave, TV, coffee maker, kitchenette. However, what I was offered was a room with bunk beds, microwave and a chair so disgusting I would have thrown it on a tip. There was no TV, fridge, heating (of any sort) or coffee maker. I did not fany looking for the kitchenette as the smell of the place was awful. I chose not to stay as this was well below standard. When I complained and said... read full review »

Be very careful when dealing with this company. They have hidden clauses in their storage contracts which means you have to pay to inspect stored goods and then pay a hefty fee if you want to remove your goods. If you decide to remove your goods using a competitor removal firm they put every obstacle in your way to prevent you doing so. In addition they are 100% more expensive than comparable services. To top it off, they are extremely rude. read full review »

If the microprint was even there I didn't see any regarding the charge that would hit my bank two weeks later for $69.97. This unauthorized charge caused $105.00 in NSF charges subsequently.
