On September 1st, 2009, I turn in my vehicle in for repairs at wade #1 in Waco, TX; I was authorized by State Farm insurance company claims department to take a rental vehicle from enterprise while repairs were done to my vehicle. I was asked to live a deposit of $50.00 for a car rental, which I did with a credit card. I ordered a cake 3 weeks in advance for my son's 10th birthday. I attached a picture of exactly what I wanted so there would be no confusion. The day of the party I arrived to pick up the cake & it was not ready at the agreed time. An hour later I was presented a sheet cake with the number ten on it. I purchased an air card for my computer to receive the internet from Sprint last October. It worked several months and suddenly slowed to a snails pace, so I called Sprint. The rep told me to uninstall then reinstall the software on my computer and when through it with me over the phone. Do not, I repeat, do not buy the micro fiber furniture, or the protection plan. The furniture stains just with water spills and any other type of spill is permanent. Then, if they can not get the stains out of your furniture, as promised, they will cancel your plan until you are able to pay someone to get the stains out yourself, at which point they will return and reapply the same product that failed in the first place. On August 28th 2009 I went to Now Hair Salon in Scranton PA to have my hair chemically relaxed for the second time. Upon leaving the salon my hair started to fall out exccessively! purchased a full tank of gas (gas light was on and i was basically running on fumes). Total tank came to $40.01. Brand new 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. About 20 minutes later, car started bucking and shaking. Went to dealer - had car looked at and gas tested - contaminated gas - alcohol level was at 15%, which is much higher than they NYState standard. Also hydrometer was .738 heavy. This company is a scam. I made a purchase of over $100.oo and never received anything from them. After contacting their customer service, I was told that my purchase had been shipped and that I should receive it in a few days. Not very helpful. NO mention was made about any restocking fee.
