I'd like to help folks understand that booking online for this hotel through Marriott.com can lead to a reservation that cannot be cancelled. While I expect that through travel consolidation sites such as Expedia or Travelocity, I did not expect that to happen when I booked directly through Marriott.com. When I called and asked for a reconsideration of this policy, both the hotel and a national supervisor refused. I will not book again with Marriott if I can help it. I had an appointment scheduled for 2-4 PM today. I left work early to attend this appointment because I wanted the individual to actually deal with pest control issues IN the home as well as outside the home. I purchased a 50cc ATV for my son, I received a 110cc ATV which gets flats all the time (not even beeing riden) has trouble starting and the wheel bearings were bad within the first 30 days. Bolotins Customer Service is absolutely horrible. All they care about is making the initial sale. I purchased a picture that had a defective frame. The salesperson indicated they could fix it. The front office desk is the most incompetent group of women I've ever experienced in a professional Dr. Office. Has anyone else out there been a victim of Intuit TurboTax's "Accuracy Guarantee" and "Audit Support" vaporware? I was audited by the IRS for my TurboTax 2007 return. The result was approximately $3300 in penalties and interest. Lack of respect for ticketed passengers with a seat assignment. I purchased a ticket to fly from Albany, NY to Knoxville TN connecting through Detroit. I got to the check in 1 1/2 hours before the flight and was told that I had to be rebooked to connect in Atlanta because the flight was overbooked. I traveled to EconoLodge (OH430) in Worthington, OH for a high school wrestling tournament on 3/5/09. Two rooms were reserved by the team coordinator. Called them up to open locked car. They used local Seattle number and local name. Asked for quote and was told that it would be $39 for service plus possible $19 fee. "Sarah" then suggested a 'preferred' credit reporting site to obtain the score. Aero All Gas in Hartford, Ct, a family based propane supplier, has appeared to forget their roots as a company. 17 years ago, they buried propane tanks in my neighborhood and have supplied the propane ever since. Problem is, they've charged different rates to home owners during the entire time. Not only did his installers do a terrible job on our floor, but at every step of the process, he did exactly what we told him NOT to do.
