Bought a map update from Magellan using the directions on their website. When received, the sd card did not work. I contacted them and was told that the card was incompatible with my unit. It is horrifying to me that when I go to turn on children's programming for my 5 year old, the previews that are shown in the upper right corner of the On-Demand screen are often violent, sexual or otherwise inappropriate for my son. Comcast should communicate a way to either turn previews off, or even create G, PG, PG-13 or R-rated options for previews. I was sent an offer for an unsecured credit card frm this company. After visiting their website and proving them with the approval code, I was told to send an activation fee of $29.00. They pretty much tell you that you will receive what the resort would sell the time share for if you were to buy it direct. I have a major complaint with all commercials. I am sick and tired of loud commercials. These commercials are so annoying that I am not and will never be interested in purchasing any of the products shown. Place an order 2 windshield wonder triangle and receive 2 free. When order was receive there were a total of 12 triangle. This is a company who installs walls of acrylic over old bathroom tiles. Their brochure states that they jut need one day. On May 14th they installed the walls in my apartment. Make sure you thoroughly read your contract with these people before signing. I signed a 3 year contract with them, and after the 3 year term ended, I called to cancel services. I purchased a maintenance agreement for my dryer and washing machine and both have had maintenance issues. The washing machine has been down going on four weeks, but as soon as they have replaced ALL the working parts it should work. The major problem is parts, the service center does not carry parts and has to order each part weekly rather than have all the parts on hand. This causes waste and abuse when a technician has to make 4 trips to replace two parts. They only come on Thursdays, if the part arrives.
