The staff person called me to confirm my appointment and the number of people that would be included in this package. At 3:00pm she advised me that I needed to be on time. As per phone conversation company representative told me they do charge $65 for 1 hr that include 2 worker and 1 driver and I confirmed this thing 2 times on phone. I was driving to pick up my daughter from school and had to complete a rolling test, while providing this test it had said failed. Prior to providing the test I had put a pinch of Cope in and it had failed. I do believe that this had something to do with the fail. I got pictures taken of my infant son in Feb. 2011 and it's been a nightmare dealing with the online company. Firstly it wasn't until March that I even saw my photos and even to get them posted took 2 emails (I've ordered from JCP and it was a matter of days and they were up on the website). When completing non-resident tax no provision to credit my corporation's correct filing of my 14N form, which should have given me a refund. After Turbotax filed the incorrect file, I obtained a copy of the Nebraska form from Nebraska, which showed in line 28 of 1040N, I marked up a copy and mailed it to Nebraska on time. Today I received a Balance due notice with penalty.
