Castaway Pools and Spas installed a pool at my home on 4/5/07. They have never came back to finish the job despite numerous phone calls and letters sent to their office. Their salesman john refuses to answer any phone calls. I would advise anyone in the tristate area to be aware of this company. If this company is hired to install a pool at your home read the contract and beware that the are not responsible for any damage to your home or property. Hi, my name is Krysten Sofka and I have a complaint with AC Delco replacement parts. In May of 2006 the air conditioning in my 1997 Olds. Aurora went out. I recently ordered a book from the John Lyons Library. They immediately started sending more books when nowhere was this mentioned at the time of ordering the first book. After buying three books, I started returning them to sender unopened via USPS. I have now received threats to be turned over to a collection agency for a product that I returned. This company will charge you fees on top of fees, thus forcing you to go over your credit limit. I just wanted to tell someone about Nissan of Mckinney. I went into the dealership to look for a Nissan Quest but the ones that I test drove did not meet my personal standards. I purchased a GE Dishwasher from Sears 9/15/04 had it replaced with a Kenmore 07/05 with the understanding that my extended warranty on my GE went to my Kenmore. I ordered our couch on February 28, 2007 with a 12-14 week delivery.
