I took my father to this dentist office on Nov 12, 2010.This doctor Navid stated that he accepted my father's dental insurance and he was in network. For the 3rd month in a row, since getting a new bank and new credit card, Bill Matrix cannot accept my payment. They would have me believe it's the card. I use the card for online and in person purchases everything from departments stores to merchandise companies all the way in China and no one but Bill Matrix has trouble accepting my card. I agree these people are complete crooks. What they are doing is nothing short of imbezzlement and criminal in nature. To make it worse, they send their receipts and paperwork via US Mail. Purchased a computer with my credit card on August 2010. Money was taken from my card, however the computer never was sent. A few months later I got a notice saying they ran out of stock but to submit an email to a new site and it would get sent out. Still never got my order. I've emailed too many times to count, called too many times and never got a response. I spent over $2500 on a Viking Ice Machine (actually it's a Marvell Ice Machine with a Viking logo). People across Avon and Somerset are being warned about a new lottery scam. A pensioner in Clevedon has lost Pounds 7, 000 after falling victim to the deception. He was asked to cash several cheques and leave the money in a Western Union deposit box. He had received a call from a man going by the name of 'Mark' who said he had won the Spanish lottery. Just received a call from 1-876-356-4214. Caller ID showed Jamaica. Caller had a weird accent. Caller said he was from UPS and he had a package for me. I thought I was buying a tube of whitening toothpaste but instead am now being ripped of for $99/ month for some portal I never suscribed to. I called two weeks ago and spoke to a customer service rep who told me I should have looked at the Terma and Conditions. My ire apparently wasn't enough as they hit me with another fee this month. I am in agreement with the other complaints. I have been e filing my income tax with Turbo Tax for years. This year I spent 40 minutes filing and at the end I was charged $29.00. If I didn't give a credit card they would not file my return or I could pay them $39.00 that would be taken out of my return. I bought a pair of gloves with heaters and after the battery failed, they said that they wouldnt replace. After a few uses they said I could buy a more expensive glove that didnt have the same issues. When I sent a letter to the owner, they agreed it was their fault but had 30 days to get me a new item. All the calls and fighting got me a battery, but it took so long the gloves sat in the closet for this winter so I didnt get to use them. I was contracted by Service Check to perform a mystery shopping assignment at the Classic Cinemas in North Riverside, IL. Instructions were provided.
