I recently purchased a beginner metal clay kit from Fire Mountain Gems. After only 4-5 uses, the butane torch that came with the kit will not work correctly. In order to turn it off, I now have to use a screwdriver to pry up the off button. This tends to be a little scary while holding a lit 1400 degree or so torch. I bought Samsung gas dryer (DV407AG) on Nov of 2009. After using for about months, the drying clothes needs 2-4 hours. I did all the troubleshooting according to the manual, and still need longer time (2-4 hours). I called the Samsung customer service for times. I purchased a Trio frig from Sears on 12/05. I immediately noticed ice on the meat drawer in freezer but technician did not seem concerned. Last year water began pouring on the floor. My wife's 2006 Santa Fe has had brake problems which were supposed to have been fixed by Smart Hyuandia. When I went to pick it up for her, the brakes were still "mushy" and the brake pedal would go to the floor if you continued to apply pressure to the pedal. I asked the "service advisor", Danny, about that and he told me that the brake pedal going to the floor was "normal" if you continue to apply pressure. I worked for EcoFirst last year. They are a bunch of liars and scammers and I got screwed out of my backend check. They taught me manipulative sales tactics to use on customers and threatened to fire me if I would not lie to customers. This is a scam! I found a charge on my bank statement for 3 month Jan through March and was unaware since I only use this account for one particular thing and got an overdraft notice which made me investigate and not only is this small charge of $2 they also have another company that is charging $29.95- mvq*credscorecom 50 CT, which is credit score complete. A couple of days latter Kathy emailed me and said "because we forgot to insure the shipment I would have to pay her $250 to give to TNT shippers that where holding the package in Calif. until they get the $250.
