Don't shop at Lenny's! We purchased an Ashley leather reliner sofa plus the 7 year service plan for over $1300. Fifteen months later the sofa started to peel in several areas. The Guardsman service plan would not cover peeling so I went to the Lenny's owner/manager. I showed her photos of the defective areas. She stated that "it was a shame" and offered to put me in touch with a repairman who could come to my home and repair it AT MY OWN COST. She would not accept any responsibilty and stand behind the clearly defective Ashley product that she sold to us. So, we got 15 mos. of use for $1300. read full review »

Not only was their response time slow, I received an initial agreement saying they would not charge anything until we approved the proof via email, yet our card was charged the FULL amount (over $1000) without so much as receiving a proof OR an email saying we were being charged! We had pool built in 2005, so with a five year warranty it does not help when the pipes under ground start leaking six years after construction. You would think with a house hold name like paddock they would use high quality parts and contractors but that's not the case. I would never suggest paddock to anyone looking to build a pool. This facility has poor service, incompetent staff who will not take responsibility for any actions, and a medical staff that should stay far away from patients. Do not go there if you do not want to be treated rudely. Do not go there if you don't want to pay for consultations that they refuse to follow up on. Comcast sells consumers promotional services that they call "bundles" or packages" to convince you to buy cable tv + internet + phone service. After the promotional time is done, they convert your services to the highest unbundled prices, which means they charge you for each service individually at their highest price, which amounts to double what you were sold. Inbox Dollars promises to pay .02 for each paid email confirmed by member. COMPLAINT no 1. Approximately one week ago I had received approximately 35 emails (only 8 were survey notications, all the rest were "Paid Emails". The reason there were so many emails is that I had not been on the site for several weeks. While making a purchase on Thursday 13 Jan 2010 at 6:30p I noted that the employee cooking and preparing the french fries did not have on gloves. So I asked the Manager (who was taking my order) - shouldn't he be wearing gloves. He said no - it was not required. I told him I thought it was a NY-State requirement and he responded, no - it is not required. I then saw the same employee grab a broom and begin sweeping the floor while he waited for the fries to finish cooking - and then later return to the fries. I think it is unsanitary and a risk to customers who may become exposed to germs and viruses. read full review »

I ordered three robotic vacuums from Sears. They were to come from Unbeatable Sales, a company that Sears endorses. I tried to cancel the order within 20 minutes of placing it. Both Sears and Unbeatsble Sale refused to allow this. I called each company three times. The vacuums arrived, I refused them. The amount of the sale was $546.38. My Sears credit card was reimbursed $279.84. Unbeatable Sales was allowed to charge me a $266.34 restocking fee. Needless to say, Unbeatable Sales should be charged with theft and Sears for aiding and abetting this fly-by-nigt sales. I hope both businesses fail this year! Sears is close:). read full review »

Call them to fix the fault. Up to today nearly two months later and after numerous phone calls and empty promises they still have not pitched to fix the fridge.
