I will start with an old clichè. 'Insurance companies are happy to take your monthly payment but not so happy to pay when there's a claim.' After storing my goods with the DBN branch for 5 years, I had them delivered in JHB on the 19Feb2010 only to find them in an appalling state. On February 9th 2010 I upgraded my cell phone contract and according to the Summer Mobile consultant, the new handsets would be delivered to me in a max of 10 working days and someone would call me 24 hours before delivery. On 5 February 2010 we purchased a bedroom suite for the value of around R18000. Before the purchase we enquired whether we could get the furniture delivered the next day but were told that delivery could only be made on Mon 8 Feb. I signed up with Dish Network on 12-9-10 it cost me 124.78 one time fee, yet my bank account was debited by infinity dish on 1-06-2011 for 49.95 which was absolutely NOT authorized, nor had I heard of them until this happened. We had our child in this nursery school for 1 year. The fees are exorbatent, the kids get fed very small portions. The service at Lyndhurst auto is beyond shocking. I have now spoken to every signle individual in the mini department and yet to get a response. This is the most pathetic service I have received from any car dealership. Driving a bmw you would expect the service to live up to the brand but unfortunately not with this dealership. to cut a long story short I had to take my car in 3 times to finally get my issues sorted out which should be standard replacements of parts, no feedback received from service advisor and just passing the buck on the issue. The first doctor quite midway through the program, they gave an insufficient amount of medicine and then had the audacity to blame us for not measuring correctly. I have a 2005 Ford Explorer that I purchased brand new and am very disappointed with the quality of this vehicle. The paint has peeled off the entire roof of the vehicle and it is now rusted through. Nevermind that this private school has crappy old-ass computers that run at the pace of a slug, has no real library, no real gym, and the principal was never a teacher and the only experience she had was tutoring, this "school" will prostrate itself to keep the cash flowing. Pegasus Scientific which is owned and operated by Scott Behrman is a scam. We ordered a piece of equipment which they said was in stock, paid with company check and never recieved the item. The company has disconnected their phones and gone out of business. We have reported this to local authorities and have been told the company is running a scam and ripping off many consumers. Do not sens any money in advance to this company as they do not have the equipment they claim. Heard a radio commercial advertising $2000.00 in free groceries for providing information regarding spending habits, called the number to sign up, answered their questions and was told I would qualify. They took my debit card information then told me about all the charges I could expect. Intitial charge would be $19.95.
