Party Time Chair rental delivered chairs to me but had to wait 18 minutes to gain access to the venue. As a result they took my deposit even though it is not indicated on the invoice nor was it verbally stated that they would do so. Attorney Ted Sumner is not, in my opinion, competent. He was not adequately prepared for court, did not perform well in front of the judge and did not appear to know how to file documents or navigate the legal system. Considering how long he's been practicing I had hoped for a much better representation. I felt his overconfidence impeded his ability to do his job and resulted in a bad outcome. I have tried to contact this company and, after a certain number of rins it disconnects. I will be contacting my credit card and the BBB to be certain they are made aware of what appears to be shady dealings. The seem to take advantage of people by not being available and, since my husband has had a heart attack I could not get back to them within the specified number of days to cancel my order. Seargeants Remodel (ServiceMagic) aka JustinSchonna Huber have a remodeling scam. We have payed them over $8, 700 to tile one bathroom and one shower. The contract called for them to replace soffits, flooring, ceiling, etc. I realize they drag work schedule to collect payments (draw schedule) and then when you press them for time table the run. Not to mention the quality of work is poor. They alledge to work for Sadler Homes, a large high end builder. One of the workers wife apparently works there. This company sells air purifiers, car purifiers, etc. They scam you into buying the whole pkg then you have to recruit others to buy into it. When I received my pkg which cost 5000.00 they also charged me 11% sales tax, you don't charge sales tax when you have to charge sales tax again! I had signed up for a 30 day trial of their service. This required providing a debit/credit card. After the trial period, they charge the card $299 if the customer doesn't cancel. In July 2010, my mother passed away and her remains were buried at Burningtree Memorial Gardens (BMG). My parents had prepaid for their site and markers many years back.
