Purchased a 1.96 carat diamond from Helzburg Diamonds in 2008. We were advised it was a good diamond and ended up paying 9, 999.00 for the ring. I have been experiencing endless unsatisfactory customer service from the Nashua Mobile Branch in the Centurion Mall.
