I was LinkDSL customer & they offered me to collect the monthly subscription from home & I accept their offer. Every month no one come to home to collect their money & on the other hand they disconnect the service. it is not my mistake to reply on your service, it is your collection problem not mine. I have been experiencing endless unsatisfactory customer service from the Nashua Mobile Branch in the Centurion Mall. I upgraded my contract in October 2010, one of the sales staff suggested the Nokia E72, which I agreed to. One thing I did NOT notice was a small caveat buried in the installation "warnings"- if you have a metal roof, you "have" to have something called "ice cleats". I requested technical support in setting up a new computer. The representative came to my home and was unable to trouble shoot some initial file transfers from an old computer. They erased my hard drive promising to return it to new condition and took my computer to their shop. Upon return the screen flashed intermittiently and much of the software that came pre installed was not installed.
