So i called and representative told, engineer will call u and install tomorrow and i waited full day (25th Aug), nobody called, from then am calling more than three times per a day, but every Representative giving same answer " sorry sir for inconvenience, will come today definately please wait sir", i waited one full week, still nobody comes for installation. I received and e-mail from a friend where it asked me to join tagged.com and since it was from my friend I opened it up and it immediately attached itself to my yahoo addresses and sent out e-mails to them asking them to join. I purchased a Mayer washing machine 1 year ago, at $624, from Gain City. This new washing machine broke down recently. Barely a year plus. Meyer told me there is a component fault in main board however the entire main board is to be replaced at a repairing cost of $360, and minimum lead time of 4 weeks. Simmons, what a joke!! They do not honor their warranty. My top of the line Exceptional mattress failed in less than a year with two trough like depressions where we lay. This was deemed "normal compression" by Simmons. I am told the more plush and expensive the mattress, the more likely this is to occur... it is conforming to our bodies. I have been getting calls to my office and my home from Morgan & Associates since August 2008. They call my office 20 to 40 times in a row sometimes. They have American names such as Andy Smith or Charlie Jones or Ricky Simmons, or Peter Brown Etc, but the accent is obviously indian. very thick and sometimes hard to understand. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company does not keep any items in stock, rather just drop ships to you from vendors. This process in reality takes 7 to 10 days. If you have weeks to wait to receive items, go ahead and order. If you are on a deadline they will never make it, and then charge you a 15% restocking fee if you have to return the items because you were forced to order them from another company that actually cared about customer service. Customer Service Representatives must be told or trained to be as rude and condescending as possible. My family and I were booked on flight 678 Orlando to White Plains on January 15 (8:25am scheduled departure). Odenza sells vouchers to companies that offer them to people like me who come to listen to a presentation about a product they would like to sell. Odenza promises in writing in their brochure that you send $50 and they will book 2 night hotel from a list of cities.
