On Friday 27 of June 2008, I Israel Leguizamo west to put gas at this 7eleven were I usually go tu put gas. I paid $50.00 dollars worth of gas with a $100.00 and the man at the counter said he did not have any change. A guest at the hotel where I work comes to town child in college here.I gave good customer service to our guest so I was given a Bob Evans gift card they are located next to my place of employment. Giftcard value $10.00 so that I could have lunch on them. When I tried to use it the value was 1.81 cents. Company told me they had a buyer but have never closed on the sale and now have said they have to remarket it to find a back up buyer. I had told them I would not give them money up front to market this time share but they stated they had a buyer. I never got it in writing that they did but I do have an audio statement by them that says they have a buyer. they have never closed and now felt that they had to remarket it so tind the back up. We are being asked for an additional deposit. Over the past several months we have fallen on hard times but are in the process of rebounding back financially. We have been late a few times with FPL but now they ask for addtional deposit of $59.00. They already have a deposit on file, I have spoken with them and informed them of our issues and corrective actions. We paid Aivis and Mandy Leaflet Distribution to provide us with delivery of 6000 leaflets. They were paid in full, but there was no delivery provided. We performed a spot check on the area that was supposed to be delivered to as this is the area in which we live. We also checked with neighbours and friends in the area, and not one received a leaflet in their lertterbox. When called after the supposed delivery, all of our calls were not returned. We stayed at the Best Western New Englander in Woburn, MA on May 21-22, 2008. We used a Roomsaver coupon discounting the room by $40. Manager ignored repeated calls. Corporate office checked and there was always some problem explaining delay – resubmitted three times!!! July 6th, we are still waiting. My dog was hit by a car. All BP gas stations charge an extra 1.00 if you use a credit card. I wanted to buy a couple of items in the store in Garner NC and use the card one time. I was told by the clerk that I would have to swipe my card outside then come in and pay for the couple of items on a second charge, thus having my Visa charged an extra $1.00. Netfirms wrongfully charged my financial account for web hosting that I did not purchase. This resulted in a negative bank balance on my behalf and cost me much heartache and aggravation. Upon notifying them of this, they refused to accept the responsibility for making the error. They agreed to reverse the charges, telling me that the reversal would not take place for 7 days or more. I purchased some shirts on www.wikivog.com- complete scam. Here is how their site works. You select the items you want then they send you an order confirmation through your email then request pay ment. Their website claims they accept credit cards- this is false- after trying to pay via credit card they sent me an email saying the only forms of payment they accept are PayPall, and all those wire transfer things I paid via PayPall. I cancelled the account with credit keeper back in december of 2008. since then i was charged until april without my noticing until i was charged an overlimit fee from my bank because of that unexpected transaction. i am still waiting the results now july of 2009 to see if the will reimburse me for all the money i was charged. the total including the late fees is a total of $129.00.
