We received a letter in the mail that if we attended a 90 minute seminar we would receive 2 free airline tickets to fly with Southwest Airline. I ordered the free trial smoke 51 offered, then after I ordered it showed that I would have to go through a bunch of hoops to get out of the $29 a month fees, plus the cost to keep the starter kit, like $70. I called the toll free number and there was no real person to talk to, they just said to go on their website and press the cancel order button. There was not cancel order option! I discovered today that someone got my credit card number and used it to purchase items on CLK Bank.com. CLK Bank gave me an email address associated with my credit card number. There is over $60.00 worth of charges on my account that was not authorized. I am being told that I will receive a refund in 3-5 business days. On 8/05/08 I put $1.50 into one of the pepsi machines at the Beaverton Trimet Transit center and did not receive a bottle of soda. Purchased an Everstar beverage cooler a year ago, had two repairs on it within 90 days, then they gave me a new one. On 04/13/11 I was forced to do a stop pay on a half payment to 21st Mortgage Co. that was due on 04/15/11 so that I would not incur several other overdraft fees.
