iRenew
Akim August 8, 2010
I ordered iRenew and was very excited about it. However, once I went through the ordering I changed my mind and realized that this was worst than an infomercial. When I tried to place the order over 20 pop-ups appeared trying to up sell me. At this point I exed out and decided not to continue. I was still charged because I had put in my credit card number even though I never confirmed the order. 6 days later I received an email saying my order had been placed. I never placed an order Do not order iRenew. Number 1: They have no... read full review »

Find A Grave
Alex O December 8, 2010
Find a grave.com photographed my 6 year old daughter's headstone and put it online. I was aghast when it popped up on my monitor. I have contacted the prosecutor and state police. The prosecutor says that I can file a civil complaint about this infringement against the guy who took and posted the picture. This person will not answer my emails and the police have located him. I feel this infringes on my privacy, copyright laws and personal property of mine being placed on the internet for advertising purposes. I'll write again to let everyone know the outcome of this. read full review »

BORDERS
Raven S June 21, 2010
I visited the Borders store, which is located on 6103 North Lincoln Avenue, Chicago. The environment of the store is very unwellcomming, and the cashiers are very rude. I have been to this store before, and I have been having the same impression too. The manager, who worked on Sunday, was very polite and helpful. He is a male. However, there is a female working during the week in the evening who seems to be looking for a guy. As many times I go there with my boyfriend, she is trying to seduce him. She keeps passing by him on purpose... read full review »

Crescent Bank and Trust
September 26, 2008
I just received a car loan from this same bank in June of 08. These rude people at this bank will call you if you are 10 days late. It will always be by a rep that threatens to reposes your car after 30 days. One of the reps had the nerve to ask me why my payment had not been made. She then went on to say that it is her right to ask me that and that she was the Lien Holder on my acct and that I better respect her. I called the company that I got the car from and ask them what kind of company did they get me involved with? They stated that... read full review »

September 29, 2006
I purchased a Maytag Performa Washer and Dryer team as well as a General Electric Portable Dishwasher on June 24, 2006. I also purchased the Product Service Plan (PSP) for 170.00. These items were delivered to me on June 30, 2006. The first time I used the washer was on July 8, 2006 when I discovered that the washer tub was severely unbalanced and would not balance, even with an empty load. An appliance repairman finally showed up and said he could not/would not fix it. I have talked to 2 different duty managers on three separate... read full review »

efurnitureshowroom.com is a scam. Did my research, but not enough. Wish we had found this site before ordering from efurnitureshowroom. Order a king bed and was shipped a California king, which is 4 inches too long. There is no customer service here, order was acknowledged with 5 days until shipping and it took 3 weeks, then the wrong item, and efurniture says "that's the right one". No it isn't and they won't accept anything to be returned unless you pay Both return shipping and restocking chg. Read the terms, very carefully and don't expect customer service. read full review »

Never buy anything from Raymour & Flanigan! They are the worst furniture retailer ever! All they do is make mistakes and then the consumer is the one that suffers. More people need to report there experiences to the Better Business Bureau. Something needs to be done about how they do business. I have been dealing with Raymour & Flanigan for 7 months. Centennial Wireless
August 1, 2007
My husband has Centennial Wireless cell phone service. He also has two different kinds of cancer. He has not worked since June 6. He called Centennial to see if he could suspend his contract until he could get back to work. All he got for his trouble was TOO BAD, I had to pay over $200.00 to keep this out of collection. They told him the bill would continue to accumulate even though the phone is shut off. As soon as this contract is up, I can assure you that we will be changing providers. I guess that big business' really don't care about little people anymore. Thanks for listening, S.Oleneack. read full review »

Charleston Style Limo is the WORST limo service ever! We've had an appointment set up for months, even as of yesterday I was making sure all the details were set and when the van-shuttle-limo-bus-thingy came up it was a COMPLETELY different vehicle with a COMPLETELY different driver (despite them knowing we were going on base) who was beyond rude to all of us: smart-mouthing everyone and when I called him to make sure he was coming (he was late picking us up from prom) he kept repeating "hello" overtop of me again and again and... read full review »

The owner of this agency is a true bitch. They charge you almost 2, 000 for classes that they say you need, but most agencies say you shouldn't pay all of that money. She's simply trying to pay her rent. Their are reports on this company on ripoffreports.com. In October of 2008, while I was at work, I received a phone call from the 978 area code. bosch gas range
dorothy grady December 10, 2009
We have owned our Bosch range for four years. During the first year we noticed there was dust in between the glass in the oven door. There is no visible opening where we could see how it got in there and there is no way for us to access it to remove it. It's kooky looking and not what you want see as you check out the roast in the oven. The vendor referred us to Bosch and Bosch advised us to get an independent tech. This obviously occured at the factory so we do not see why it should be our expense. It's devalued our "top of the line" kitchen. read full review »

I initially made an inquiry with an Encore booking agent regarding a payment error. A few back-and-forth with Mr. Hess highlighted why the agents' attitude is the way it is...let's just say customer service (or the lack thereof) trickles down from the top.
