On 04/13/11 I was forced to do a stop pay on a half payment to 21st Mortgage Co. that was due on 04/15/11 so that I would not incur several other overdraft fees. This poor excuse of a merchant company “Authorize.net” put a hold on my transactions-deposits because they said I was over my limit. My company takes in over 1 million annually and “Authorize.net” held all my deposits over $1, 300 for 30-days. I filed my brother's tax return in January since it was a simple return. The IRS did not receive it. You cannot call them and even though it says free customer service, there is a section that states you have to pay to speak to someone.
