TM Streamyx
I subscribe to the Streamyx RM60 package after learning of an offer which doesn't require me to pay the activation + installation fee = (RM163) [of cause, after P1 WiMAX emerged as the strongest competitor of Streamyx]. I was also told that I only need to pay RM60 and only RM60, no extra charge. Unfortunately, I was charged an addition of RM110 as 'subscription fee' and this blows me up... Really, seriously angry!!! I never knew there is this sh*t called 'subscription fee' and it is never stated in any paper. And... read full review »

I am a social worker that works with the mentally ill. I am very protective of my personal information such as address and family members. Every so often I check my name on a search engine, and when I did this on google the first thing to appear is my entire address, my name, and names of family members who have previously owned my home.I understand this is public record but was shocked to see it so openly advertised. I fear for my safety. I sent them a pleading and friendly email explaining my fears as my clients sometimes have violent... read full review »

About Faces Models and Talent
The owner of this agency is a true bitch. They charge you almost 2, 000 for classes that they say you need, but most agencies say you shouldn't pay all of that money. She's simply trying to pay her rent. Their are reports on this company on ripoffreports.com. Better off trying Atlanta Young Faces or other legitimate agencies that only charge you for pictures and not stupid classes that won't help you later on. You've been warned! read full review »

Cambece Law Firm
In October of 2008, while I was at work, I received a phone call from the 978 area code. Because I have many college friends, and family in that area, I answered the phone, thinking it was one of them. When I answered the phone, I was greeted by Mike Sanger, a 'manager' from the Cambece Law Firm, inquiring about a credit card I had with Washington Mutual. The conversation started off friendly, but quickly changed when I realized that he was demanding payment of a debt that I had with Washington Mutual. I told Mr. Sanger what I could... read full review »

bosch gas range
We have owned our Bosch range for four years. During the first year we noticed there was dust in between the glass in the oven door. There is no visible opening where we could see how it got in there and there is no way for us to access it to remove it. It's kooky looking and not what you want see as you check out the roast in the oven. The vendor referred us to Bosch and Bosch advised us to get an independent tech. This obviously occured at the factory so we do not see why it should be our expense. It's devalued our "top of the line" kitchen. read full review »

It is unbelievable that such an informative, unique and interesting program such as "Tru Tv's In session" was removed from the Canadian viewers.
We have been watching the live trials for over 20 years and it was suddenly replaced by the ID channel, which is nothing but repeats from other multiple channels.
There are many reality and sports channels being aired, why not cancel one of those channels and let the fans of the live trials once again enjoy something they want to watch.

I have been trying to get child support since March 2009 for my three children in Orange County Florida. I have been through contempt motions and trying to get his driver's licenses suspended with no success because he would always filed a motion to stop what I have tried to do. He was jailed in August of last year, but released without a purge amount being set.

Abysmal customer service!
After applying for a loan and confirming all information with the lady on the phone, I was told that everything was ready to go, and that the cash would arrive in my account the next day.

My parents were just hit with 5 months of unexplainable $49.99 charges from "PaymentOne.com" on their AT&T bill and my mom asked me to call AT&T to figure it out and get it refunded. Technically, this is not fraud. This is one of many companies that have begun a new form of psychologically-enhanced direct marketing in which you are charged before you are aware of... read full review »

Encore Nationwide
I initially made an inquiry with an Encore booking agent regarding a payment error. One question led to a very hostile interaction with the agent which led me to take my matter up with the CEO, Lawrence E. Hess. A few back-and-forth with Mr. Hess highlighted why the agents' attitude is the way it is...let's just say customer service (or the lack thereof) trickles down from the top. Mr. Hess was unhelpful and condescending.
The last resort was that he deactivated my account. After several attempts to inquire as to why I can no... read full review »

When we arrived in Cape Town, we were asked to put down a R10, 000 (£1, 000) deposit for the excess. I assumed this would just be authorised by the bank but we were told this would be a holding deposit and would be blocked on our credit card. We were fuming but handed our credit card over.

Blue Green Resort
We just canceled our "free vacation" and are stuck with a $60.00 charge. They tell you you will be staying in one of their resorts, but when you get your confirmation in the mail, it ends up being the Red Roof Inn. When my husband called to inquire about the lodging, they had enough nerve to play back a recording of the phone call they made to offer him the vacation, and said he agreed to their accommodations. However, in the recording, there was no mention of the Red Roof Inn or any other hotel other than the resort. The telemarketer... read full review »
Bidfun.co.uk
I got totally ripped. I spent alot of money over a period of a couple of days and suddenly realised that this was a scam. Firstly I checked this website and read the review and them compared the bidfun nz to the bidfun uk and found the same users ie. donnaoneill, TITANIK, padcom etc etc are on both sites and the auctions are the same sites but in NZ$ and UKpounds. I don't get this at all, it spells total fraud to me and PAYPAL who I have trusted for years need to get this sorted. Without their link I would never have gone onto this site. DAMMIT. My advice is BEWARE. You bid heaps, spend heaps and get nothing. read full review »
Hccua
Hccua is a total rip-off. I feel that the policy was misrepresented from the beginning. I have made several calls about the failure to pay certain claims and they always have some excuse. One example was over a flu shot that was not paid for. Preventative claims were suppose to be paid. The lady told me that it was the doctors fault because it was not submitted to the company as a preventative claim. Why did they think I took a flu shot---trying to get the FLU I guess. Golfnow.com
Typical of these types of sites. It's not that convenient, since I still have to call the golf course to check on maintenance status, cart path only (if it's rainy) and other issues. My biggest problem with site and others like it are:
1. They make a strong effort to peddle the 'discounted' times (these are the times they take from the golf courses for their 'fee' so it's all their money if they sell them). These are usually not the most desirable times either.
2. You have to pay 100% UP FRONT, and... read full review »
