I have an airtel post paid connect for lat 5 years. Two weeks before it suddenly stop functioning saying SIM registration failure. Even after repeatedly complying to the Customer Care all they could say that the problem would be resolve in 4 hours. Now it is almost 2 weeks I have also replaced my SIM by paying 150 Rs but still no result. Surprisingly airtel doesn't have a working Customer Care Number which we can call from a landline. I get a cellphone contract at ag cellular. I receive my phone on a friday the tuesday i sent it back the phone didnt work properly and the charger was dead. I have been getting calls at home and work from Paul Smith/Mike Davis from ph# 646-626-6103 claiming to be with LLC Law. They have threatened saying that i owe them $5000.00+ Dollars in fees and filing charges. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was refused an extension cord for my sleep apnea machine and told to go purchase one around the corner. I later found out that some of the rooms have outlets directly next to the bed but was never offered one of those rooms. The breakfast that was served was terrible. Cold hard rolls, orange juice and an instant coffee machine that dispensed globs of undiluted granules. I wish I had checked out Holiday Inn - Cancun Arenas more throughly. The hotel had terrible food -staff was rude-showers would not drain- hardly any Americans staying there-felted like we were in danger.Small Cramped beaches. I recently hired a photographer from MARY KAI PHOTOGRAPHY, I was rather disapointed in the service that she provided. 1. the Photographer was late for the job. 2. I was not supplied with the things that were promised to me. 3. Mary has great photography equipment, however her photo's were decent at best, the shots that she had taken were not really what we hired her for. She brought no background and I felt rushed through the whole process. I would definetly not recommend this company to anyone. In less than a year our heater failed. They had the nerve to blame it on "water chemistry" and would not honor the warranty. Our water had good levels of everything, was clear, no issues, etc. These people called us every 2 days for a month trying to sell it to us, then left us in the cold (literally) when it broke. Oh... even if the heater was covered, we were going to have to pay at least $115 for a service visit from their authorized repair company in my area. Find a grave.com photographed my 6 year old daughter's headstone and put it online. I was aghast when it popped up on my monitor. I have contacted the prosecutor and state police. The prosecutor says that I can file a civil complaint about this infringement against the guy who took and posted the picture. This person will not answer my emails and the police have located him. I feel this infringes on my privacy, copyright laws and personal property of mine being placed on the internet for advertising purposes. My husband has Centennial Wireless cell phone service. He also has two different kinds of cancer. He has not worked since June 6. He called Centennial to see if he could suspend his contract until he could get back to work. All he got for his trouble was TOO BAD, I had to pay over $200.00 to keep this out of collection. They told him the bill would continue to accumulate even though the phone is shut off. As soon as this contract is up, I can assure you that we will be changing providers.
