Similar to MANY others on this site, Last Spring/Summer I applied for a credit card to cover major dental costs. At the time of my application I arranged for them to deduct the monthly payment of approxiamtely $150 from my checking account. When the first bill arrived it indicated that it was deducted. I opened an account with Capital One in order to transfer my high interest rate line of credit balance to their Master Card. I went through the process on November 22 and the transfer was approved. Six days later I checked my line of credit account online and it was still showing the same balance. I contacted them and they told that they had not received the money.
