After reading the above complaints I have come to the conclusion AppraiserLoft is a dishonest, self-serving company that doesnt deserve to be in business. I do not understand how BAD this company treats customers. They are very unprofessional and completely RUDE. They gave me a price to repossess a vehicle and once they repossessed it they added $18000.00 plus $45.00 per day for storage after they told me it was going to be $350.00 and 10 day free storage. We signed a contract with salesforce.com on 03/27/08 which was a 3 month contract for $1, 125.00. We did not want automatic renewal, so the salesman put billing frequency as annually on our contract. On 11/26/08 our contract was void. on 11/28/08 our account was fraudulently charged by salesforce.com for $3, 375.00. We had NO contract stating that they had authorization to do this. Filed my taxes with turbo tax on the 9th of january so that when they accept it on the 15th/16th it would be good to go. IRS accepted an and since I wanted them to take out fees from my refund, it had to go through santa barbara group. They received the funds on the 28th, and for some reason that monday which was 3 days later, said it was rejected. Long story short, he did a large implant case on me that only failed costing me over $20K but destroyed much of the bone I had left causing a delay of over one year and an additional cost of over $5K just to get back to where I was when I started with him. Beware. This company advertises through Amazon.com and bills your credit card and then ships the wrong item. They pulled this one twice on me already. I recently made a purchase at the new Bad Boy store in Kitchener. I paid for the item in full(unfortunatley). A couple days later I returned to the store to cancel my order and only then was made aware that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Yesterday I took my 2000 Freightliner Century to Orlando Freightliner to have them check and advise why my drivers window fell down and the regulator came up through the top of my door panel. I also asked them to check and advise why my drivers door is hard to open from the inside while they have that door panel off. I received a bill today (12/28/09) from AmeriTel Services with an address in Calabasas, California. It was for $34.65 for 6 minutes to a 900 number at 11:30 AM on 12/15/09. They are all nice when they want you to sign but when you want to cancel - they will not return your calls nor will the service you in person. Do not join this gym. I was doing my grocery shopping and I was in the aisle where the hair accessories are kept. One of the pick 'n pay employees picked up a brush, brushed her hair and put the brush back. Completely brazen, uncaring that the aisle was full of people. Now there are certain things in life that we just don't do...and I should NEVER have to write in to report this kind of behaviour.
