I had purchased an automobile engine that had a 30 month 50, 000 mile warranty, upon receiving the engine and having it installed by a certified GM mechanic the engine did not run correctly. Prime baited and switched us in a refinance loan. We were quoted a rate with countrywide. came to closing with significantly higher rate. They opened title co on xmas eve to close loan and gave back part of points promising we could refi out in a year - yeah right. I had my travel wallet stolen. All other travel loyalty programs were pleased to provide replacement cards to encourage my continuing use of their services, except for ASIA MILES, which required a payment of $20 or 2,000 miles to replace my card. (And unlike other programs, production of the card is necessary to claim many rewards or to earn miles.) Moreover, Asia miles expire regularly even if you are an ongoing, regular earner of the miles. But all it is door to door sales and you dont even get good commission. I ordered a book from them online. Next thing I know they've charged me 30 dollars extra for some super savings scam. I never signed up for this, and when I called them(It took me forever to get through) they told me they would refund my money and cancel my account. We purchased a Trane HVAC from Home Depot(they contracted out with Advantage Air) on July 14th. It has been leaking for over 2 months and now we have water damage as well as mold. The A/C came with two defective parts. Advantage air has been out over five times and Home depot has been out twice. Salesforce allows the user to connect its Microsoft Outlook to it. A couple of months ago I lost this connection. I have spent the last two months on the phone for hours, responding to emails, to try to fix this small problem. Unfortunately I need it fixed. Purchased car new in 2001 in Illinois. on 8/9/04, the transmission failed and was replaced with only 10, 723 miles. On 12/29/06 took car in (with 27, 302 miles) and complained of transmission issues. Told cars transmission within specs. Again took car in on 7/7/07 (32, 625 miles) with transmission issue and again told car was operating within specs. Transmission issues continued.
