Mr. Rooter came to my house to repair my main drain. While they were here they ruined my kitchen floor, Dented my washing machine and left the hole the dug unfilled. They were paid in full. Welcome Wagon representative sold our business an advertising package which mailed our offer to all new households within a specific area for the entire year. After three mailings we saw no interest from the Welcome Wagon offer and left several messages for the person who sold the package. She never returned our calls so we contacted the main office only to get transferred to different voice mailboxs and never a returned phone call. Herbalhut.com is a lousy company to do business with. I ordered something from them which they never told me they didn't have in stock until a week later when I asked for the status of my order. They tried to talk me into another item which I didn't want. I cancelled the order but they never refunded my money back to paypal. I had to file a formal claim directly with paypal to get my money back. I just received a bill for about $744 for the previous month of service, to my surprise, as my bill is usually around $70 or so since I move into this new resent mid last year. I later found out after, speaking with the customer service, this is because for the past 5 month, they have been using an "estimation" of the gas usage. I called and talked to them and they just gave me the run around saying we needed to cancel the order in a certain amount of days or it would not have been charged.
