I phoned to order 2 blueberry plants for about $20. When I thought my 2 plant order was complete - I was told my bill would be over $154.00 for 27 plants. Unfortunately I had already given them my visa number, which then right away I phoned Visa to put my account on hold. I kept trying to phone the Magic Garden back and but just kept getting a recording and could not talk to anyone. Today I received ALL the plants, so far the amount has not come through my visa. We had a lease for a credit card machine through Lease Finance Group that went from 2000 to 2004. Since we were not closely involved with our business during most of that time we did not realize until June 2007 -of all things- that the lease was up. We put a stop on the monthly lease debits that were being taken out of our account. We tried 5 times (documented) to deal with this company. Had saw online about a free trial of one of their products.Green tea Fit. All I had to pay was postage.Nothing about a 15 day trial, or they would charge me.I was looking at my account online and saw were they had take $59.and some change out of my account.I called that is when I was told about the 15 day trial and the charge.I have the card that came with the package and there is nothing on there about that.Then I have notice today that they have taken $4.95 out of my account. Remington College at Greens Point in Houston TX is full of it. The only thing that they think of is money, not the students all they say. When a student asks for help, they should be ready and will to help if they can. I have not seen this. The students on externship are not being given what they need. The school is a total rip off. Vonage advertises "Unlimited Local & Long Distance/Nationwide" calling for only $14.99 a month. It is true...for the first 90 days. On the first day of the forth month, my Vonage rate more than doubled to $34.00 a month! They don't tell you that the $14.99 for new customers is only for the first 3 months when you sign-up! I ordered my arrangement Monday February 8th 2010 and expected it to come on Saturday Feb 13th 2010. When I called to confirm that it would be arriving as expected I was either put on hold, or hung up on. I was not able to talk to any representative. In Jan 2008 I purchased a Mr. Coffee coffeemaker model # 15x43 for $40. at Lowes. Last night 7/12/2008 it quit working. It will not bring water up into the maker to the coffee grounds, & the brew timer is not working. Since I no longer have the receipt or box the store will not exchange it. Kenmore Front Load Washer - this wash machine has mold that continually builds up behind the door gasket and I believe around the drum itself. I have tried to keep it clean but to no avail, our towels smell something awful.
