I borrowed money and was not clearly directed on how it would be paid back. They demanded I pay half then finally I could break my payments down to four payments. I did that and now I have one more payment of nearly $500. That makes my payments more than what I borrowed period. My Crickets cell phone service was shut off for no reason. I called the 800 and had absolutely no option to talk to anyone. Anytime I would hit "0", I would get disconnected. I recently completed an online high school diploma course from Stratford Career Institute.I tried to enroll for school or this fall and the school said that the diploma was not accredited and could not be accepted. Stratford claims that it is a career diploma only and there web site states its a "HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA". In 2001 I signed up to be able to process credit cards with a company called NPC. My Spokane representative was kind and helpful and seemed to be open about the binding nature of the contract. Lingo (VOIP phone service company) has changed the contract term from 12 months to 24 months and contract breach penalty from $59.95 to $99.95 in mid term for all customers by just giving 3 business day notice. This certainly is unethical but is this illegal as well? I want to make a complaint regarding the traffic lights timing adjustment at T-Point immediately after Murugeshpalya bus stop towards Manipal Hospital, Bangalore. I got a phone call from the company saying they could not deliver the order at the same time the service was starting. I had no other way to order flowers for the service because of the late notification. The company only apologized for the nondelivery and said they would refund my money.
