I purchased a swimsuit from bestswimwear.com. I wore it once and washed it by hand and hung dry it once. During the washing process the bathing suit bleed. There was a brown stripe and it bleed in several places into the other colours. I contacted them and asked for a replacement suit for the defective product. They wouldn't help me. Called to complain that High definition cable box was not functioning was told they would call back in a Half hour. I received a recored call in a half Hour which did not respond to my answering of the phone and the recording indicated that I could not be reached and Verizon would call back in 10 minutes ( which of course is absurd If they couldn't reach me how would I know they would call back in 10 minutes.)
