I have been in the hospital and when I came home I ordered acai berry tropic online . They say it is endorsed by Rachel Ray. It was a free trial offer for the amount of $4.95. They then proceeded to take $88.67 out 14 days later, which I did not agree to and overdrew my account . All together they cost me $167.67 extra out of my account. After signing up for a package in Wax in the City, bookings for their services are almost impossible. Even if by any stroke of luck a booking is made, I have to wait for more than an hour for my service. What further infuriates me is that during the wait, there will be sales persons trying to hard sell their services. How can they try to continue to sell their service when they do not deliver to those already signed up for their package?? I have previously posted a complaint re Spyware, Billingsvc.com, it is a staggering number of other complaints re same. It is my belief after reading the similar complaints that the same people responsible for the spyware scam are using other names to accomplish the same rip off. I was a witness to how this company works. If I was a consumer, I would not use their services. First of all, they are set-up illegally. The law firm is supposed to be just that, a law firm set-up to help consumers. Unfortunately, what they do is basically have the sales representatives work for the law firm. The owner of this business, Thor Johnsen has a civil judgement against him for over $1000 for deceptive advertising and breach of contract. He has not paid this court judgement and is in default and subject to arrest. To date, 11/11/2008 he has ignored the court. I went to Tire Kingdom to fix the noise coming out of my front wheels, when we went for a test drive they told me that the noise is coming from right wheel, but they started fixing that problem they said the bearing and the bub needs to be completely changed on the left wheel.
