There are multiple issues. First, approximately 2 1/2 to 3 years ago, I was remodeling a trailer for this contractor and he became involved in a dispute with the owner. The contractor asked if I would wait for my pay until the issue was resolved in court. I too, signed up for a 12 day free trial and did not receive it until 2 days after I called company to ask what the $99.10 charge was for. I was told at that time that the charges would be reversed. I received the trial pack the next day. I did received $49.55 back but the other half they say is for the first months product, which I haven't received and which shouldn't have been sent, since I had called and cancelled. My Daughter saved her money for her vacation. She purchased a Only 1 Travel Money Card for the trip. She did not see that it was only valid for 18 or older. She was under 18 and denied access to her funds. We requested a refund and were told that a check would be mailed out. Two months later no check.
