On July 17th 2009 I Purchased a 12 cup programable Mr Coffee coffee maker. Not six months later - I filled the coffee make with water and it drained all out at the bottom. I cleaned up the mess and took it over to the sink and tried filling it up again and the water drained out of the bottom. In February And March I tried to get a hold of their tech support department to take care of some minor problems with my account. I spent countless hours on the phone, and was hung up on constantly. Someone credited my february bill for 20 bucks, but apparently whoever did that wasn't supposed to. There have been unauthorized charges to my credit card account from Easy Saver, I have no idea how long they have been charging me (at least 3 months) shame on me. Anyway, after complaining to them and the nasty representative, they agreed to reverse one charge and discontinue charging me. Well, they reversed one charge and billed me twice in the past month. I was scam by an e-mail from Dave Cote offering a work at home job. After receiving the job offer I realized it was a fraud. I responded saying I refused the job offer. Two days after I was sent a fake check and keep receiving e-mails from Dave Cote to cash the check and send it western union. I am very scared and needs to know what action to take. I initiated a calling card and a temporary cell phone for my daughter traveling in Israel for one month. The phone number they sent me what not the phone number that went to my daughters phone and they did not figure out the problem for a week. Charges were more than expected and the bills was too confusing to understand. They kept billing on the calling card to keep the account open after I asked for it to be closed. If you plan to hire a mover, do not hire this company. They will not disclose to you any of their extra fees until after they have loaded your items to their truck. Even when you asked prior to the move, they will never mention it. They will lure you in with their low rate of $70/hr for 3 men. Paid $1.97 to view information only and didn't care for program so didn't go any furthur. A short time later there was a charge for $89.26 billed to my credit card without my authorization. I purchased a Maruti Alto car (MH12 DE 4823) from Sai Services-Pune in April 2006. Since day-1, there is an irritating humming noise when we drive the car in 4th and 5th gear.
