I purchased celebrity white teeth for $3.95. It arrived with no instructions, etc. I tried the product, looked over the literature I received, which had no indication of future product deliveries. It just said it would be good to have the product used for 3 months. 2 weeks later on my credit card appeared a bill for $169.95 for according to the company, a monthly fee. I received no other products, etc. I contacted the company who said it was a monthly fee, and they would now cancel me. I know that the rest of my money was due for my car. I attempted to settle my debt, even after it went to Tiburon Financial. After trying to settle other debts, I miscounted by bills which made me overdraft. When I tried to explain what happened, the rep just cut me off and went on hollering that I better find a way and I need to manage my money better, on and on. I went to Bay State College for Fashion Merchandising and its a really close knit community. While I don't have any problems with the school itself, and classes, its the dorms. They are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! First off, at $12k a year for what I'm getting, I could be getting a lot more. They cram 4 people in a tiny 15 x 10 room with barely enough room to move. I use to be employed with burgess seed and Plant Company. I worked in the call centre, let me tell you this, they are horrible with customer service and once they have your money your in for a ride. 9-18-06 compressor on heat went out on heat pump, they did repair it.I had to call another company and pay out pocket for repairs 1-16-04 heat pump not working, service rep said it needed heat strips to work, not covered under warranty. I have been waiting for a refund on a ring I returned that looked different than on television. the ring looked cheap and at the time I ordered it, it was immediately taken out of my checking account for payment. When returning an item, it takes weeks to get your money back and this is not fair. In July 2007 I purchased a 1GB Flash Memory Drive from Consumer Depot. When I opened the box it did not work. It was completely dead. In addition, it was obviously not new, there was no original packaging and there was some tape gunk stuck to the side of it.
