I am a victim of this company. I have been in battle with this company since June 2009 they have done nothing to help and they lie and give you the run around. My info was sent to them as a third party contact. I was sent the "free trial" for $5 in shipping. I tried to tell the company that I did not order this. I was told that I would have to wait until I received the product to cancel. I did not receive the product and was charge $80 for the full kit. This is a horrible scam. I bought a vehicle in July of 2004 from Drive Financial. I can proudly say that I have not had a late payment that was my fault. Be careful...they send you promotional emails, but up their shipping and prices so they still come out making the same money anyway while you get lured in by a fake discount. I put up my car in 2005 for a loan with GTE Fed. Credit Union, 1. I received only a copy of a reciept paper for my loan after signing the necessary papers. Now they can not seem to find the SIGNED documents, 2. This company is a rip-off. Tried to send back the luminess airbrush before the end of the 30 day trial, they refused it and sent it back. When I called them to find out why they said it didn't matter since it was now past the 30 days. They have continued to try to make debits on my credit card and threaten collections. The phone number at collections does not actually connect you with anyone and the customer service line does not work (get a not valid number recording). Recently I returned an item that was misleading in it's advertising in an OPT catalog. When returning an item, you can pay for it yourself, or use the "convenient" and expensive OPT return label service. I chose to pay for it myself at half the cost. When the credit was issued by OPT, it was reduced by the amount of the return label service, when no shipping should have been deducted at all. I made the costly mistake of joining the Fitness Edge in Stratford, CT. This company uses ABC Financial to collect their membership dues. I joined last December at one of those booths that they had set up in the Trumbull Mall. Since purchasing a 2008 HP Pavilion Slimline PC a few months ago, I have had nothing but compatibility problems with it's built-in Vista Windows program. I heard about this before purchasing it, but was also told that the problem had been resolved and it was safe to purchase it. The supposed problem-solving Service Pack 1 is a total joke. I am continuously downloading the driver to my HP 6310 printer (also new!) since it won't read it every time. I should have trusted my instincts and switched to a Mac! That's my next plan.
