This is with regard to the poor quality of service displayed time and again by both the LG customer care executives and the LG service engineers which has made me resolve not to indulge in any other LG product again. Only the lowest level of customer satisfaction can be the outcome of inefficient and untrained CCEs who for some reason miscommunicate every time to consumers like me. the website did not say you needed a destination in order to obtain a passport thru them. I tried to get out of the site, but they took my money. The next day customer service said that they would send me a refund form. If you don't send this back within 72 hours, they keep all the money. Luckily I went to the library the next day. Loan Solutions is a boiler room. I have been harassed by this company for days to pay them $2, 500 for a loan modification. I gave their name to the Florida Attorney Generals office. They told me that it was illegal to charge these fees. They said they have numerous complaints about this company. My complaint is against American Telecom. That the customer service agent listed being in City of Industry, CA,90601 as the city and state. This company offered 4 phones ( land lines) with one base set that records voice mail. You can purchase long distance minutes that are added to the phone and use by using the green LDS menu button. I can't believe I fell for another "automatic shipment" scam for vitamins. But I did. You cannot return the vitamins once you have them either. If you are like my husband who does not read the fine print on these online order forms, you will be paying for quite a bit of stuff you don't want. Just BE CAREFUL. READ CAREFULLY. I own a medical spa and had previously bought a hair removal laser from Syneron. After 3 years, my warranty was expiring. They offered me another 3 year extension of the warranty for $20, 000. I have a large front window that need sealed from the winter weather yearly. I purchase Duck along with a 3M product for my sliders to compare the quality and functionality. The only positive for the Duck product was the roll-on convenience for placement on the frame. The pre-taped edge for rolling is not sticky enough to give a secure seal and I would definately advise placing the double sided tape under it. It is pulling away from my frame all along the top. This is to raise my voice on the worst maintenance of seats in VRL buses. Its full of bed bugs and impossible to even close ur eyes for 2-3 mins also. I paid for evaluation with wes.org for evaluation of certificate for international schooling. They were quick to accept payment fee but since then nothing had been done. Aetna makes it incredibly hard to submit any claim, and seems to have an automatic rejection policy for FSA claims. We have filled out every form there is and make sure that we double dot and cross every letter. But still the claim comes back with some nit pick. Luckily we were able to find a group of people who have had the same experience, and are initiating a class action. They have also pushed us into online ordering for meds, in which they charge us more than our local grocery store. I ordered an HP 8250 scanner and software. I told them I had an OS of Vista and they assured me it would work. I paid $240.00 on 10/16/2008. When I installed the scanner it did not work. I called them & e-mailed them they finally told me to return the unit and they would repay my cost. I shipped the unit back to them and they only paid me $160.65 back. Horrible customer service. Danner gave them a credit so that they would give me a refund, and they refused. I talked to an extremely rude man who told me that he would charge me 50% to "restock". Not only was he extremely rude/uncooperative/loud, HE WAS THE OWNER. I asked to speak to someone who could speak to me more nicely, he told me no one else could help me, he was the owner. Unfortunately, I must add my review to the long list of complaints against Trevor Augustyn and Hawthorne Kitchens. The work that his trades did on my kitchen and bathroom in late 2009 was of good quality however Trevor was unable to keep the skilled trades in his employ and Hawthorne never finished the job.
