Recently, while purchasing a bed from Sleep Country, I was subjected to the worst service imaginable, completely inconsistent with their advertising. Bad customer service is simply a gross understatement at Mandurah Outboards. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem with my boat but once they completed their so called repairs, the boat came back to me in worse condition (no reverse gear). I was looking for a Payday Loan on the internet. Some where this company got my info and withdrew $49.95 out of my bank account and caused an overdraw. Timeshare by Owners sought me in selling my timeshare. I did not contact them. The salesperson for Timeshare by Owners stated that there was a 96% sales of timeshares within 90 days of listing the property. For the last month I have been trying to communicate with my husband via phone. The local facility he is incarserated in uses Global Telink. The problem is that sometimes they except my credit card and sometimes they decline it, my bank sees NO problem with my card and I use it for other purposes all the time. When I call their customer help line it either puts me on a call back list and NEVER returns my calls or they say their experiencing high call volume and instructs me to try my call later then hangs up!!! If you buy from them (Sit n Sleep), make sure you get what you want. We have been trying for almost 30 days to exchange our $4, 000 mattress. The new mattress came today. I totally agree- 100% about the ongoing problems with Account Now. They are a nightmare to deal with. The biggest part of the problem is that you set up your account solely online-no id required and very few verification questions answered, so if you make any kind of mistake such a typo or have an address update, watch out! You can't update your info online like a regular bank (ie: Chase, Bank of America, etc). They make you call in and then the nightmare really gets going. I sincerely do not know what you can or can not do regarding Ingles Grocery Store but felt it was necessary to tell you some of the things that have happened to me while shopping there.
