I have been trying to figure out why Naked Poker does not accurately report my customers or pay my CPA. I have a customer who cleared his requirements to earn a $500 bonus, which required 500 Naked Poker Points. To earn my CPA, my players must earn 100 points. Every person you speak with at this firm gives a different answer to the question. I had a payment agreement with them, started getting mail from another company about the same obligation but not honoring all terms of the agreement. Watch out if you are bidding on uBid.com. I had a bad experience with them recently. I bid on an HP laptop. When the auction closed (in this case it did not went to overtime), uBid.com web site showed me as the winner. However, more than an hour later I received an outbid notice. I bought a disfunctional Epox motherboard from Citrus Micro. It didn't boot, there was no display, the CD tray would lock up, etc. I did receive an RMA from Epox but after the "repair" the motherboard showed no sign of improvement whatsoever. I think they just repackaged it and sent it back. I wanted to get at least some money back from either Citrus Micro or Epox but all my emails and phone calls were ignored. I am a State employee, I was at work when a man named Micheal Martin called from the company of Sterling & King. This man began yelling at me and saying he knew people and was going to get me fired. I stated to him that he cannot be calling my place of employment, he then stated, ' you will be eating crow next week!'. He was very rude, vulgar and made several threats to me and about people I knew. I was traumatized. Never received any noticeable service nor any follow-up by telephone. Next "contact" was "bill" which appeared on telephone bill. On contacting customer service, was told that service and billing had been authorized by phone by me. Recording of phone authorization promised but not received to date. Firstly, many tenants have had mold problems. The complex blamed it on Ike and the flood it caused. Well, that's only part of the problem. Mold, bed bugs, roaches, and horrible construction have been a huge problem since the beginning. This contractor was hired in 2006 to install an EP Henry patio with sitting walls and a walkway. Since the day they completed the job Hard Rock Landscaping has ignored every single attempt to communicate about and resolve the issues.
