The owner insulted and humiliated a customer in public. In early March I ordered several plants from this place expecting to receive them with 2-3 weeks...boy was I wrong. I did not receive the plants and trees until mid May which is past our planting season for a lot of what I had ordered here in the deep South. I contacted their customer service 5 times wanting to know when my plants would arrive and I never could get a definite answer. When I finally got them I had to return everything at my expense. My Whirlpool double oven broke. I found them on Google - they advertize $24.99 service call. They came on Saturday and by looking at the broken oven said that the control bord needs to be replaced - no testing or any other diagnostics. The date of this complaint is dated October 15th because that is the last time I received a response from their support center. This whole ordeal started back in March of 2008 when I lost the battery cover on the back of the unit. In order to fix this simple problem, they had me send the entire unit back to their repair center. Many responses and almost 8 months later, I still have not received my unit back. This company recruites laborers to work in Home Depots across America. Jet Retail does not pay their employees in a timely matter, if they get paid at all. They are using the "independant contractor" scheme claiming the people they hire are independant contractors, this way they do not have to pay people for the hourss they work without being reprimanded by the state labor board. There is an upper, adjustable rack that when set in the lower position leaves a hole in the water pipe making cleaning completely ineffective.
