I have been billed $9.99 for a service called "Ring-N-Rock." I have never heard of this service nor have I ever used it. The charge appeared on my T-Mobile bill. T-Mobile gave me contact information that never leads to a live person. Instead it directs you to an e-mail address for complaints. I have sent three and received not response. I have attemted to text STOP to the number provider by T-Mobile, but it responds that I do not have an account. I have even entered my cellular number into their interactive response number. I contacted this place in order to have a custom part made. I received an estimate and paid for the material up front. The order in question was $20 or so for the sheet stock, and an additional $80 for the actual metalwork. As soon as I received the quote for the work needing to be done, I payed the individual in question thru paypal, At this point, he stops answering my emails/ calls etc. Several weeks have passed and I have heard nothing. My latest Verizon home telephone bill included a surprise from OAN Services Inc. It showed a call to their directory assistance was made 3/25/07. To use this service it says we dialed 1015158000 and for the privilege charged with taxes $7.57.
