We had a new garage door (with windows) installed several months ago. Installation we smooth and door works fine. We did notice that one of the inside window frames was scored and asked for a replacement. Two months into that request, we are getting the runaround. All appointments have been postponed for various reasons (warehouse not open, manufacturer has not sent the part, etc, ...) While my wife has handled all the interface, I got on the phone once to express my displeasure at the situation. All I got was a postponing of the next appointment! I recently moved out of the Aylesbury Farms apartment complex after staying there for 2.5 years. I have received a bill of $390 for them to cover costs to have the apartment ready for the next tenant. I ordered 4 barstools with fabric seating and 6 matching chairs. I received the barstools minus the fabric seating (got wood seating). I allege that I was not given the proper change. The cashier is saying the video is showing her giving me two twenties instead of one for change. I though the lowest I had was a $50. I was also dealt a bad hand with PC ProSchools...and I understood the risk when I signed up (while also thinking will it pay off-the 25k in private loan tuition). The phone number for the company does work and has worked since March 2009. There was no wait time and I spoke with a person. The rules of the order are online but most people do not read them. They were also included on a sticker with the products and it does tell us the next charges and shipping.
