Pliatrol
Jeannie Mandin July 21, 2009
Buyer Beware- I recently fell victim to a very clever advertisement scam. A free sample of Pliatrol anti-wrinkle was offered online, I paid $5.00 for shipping charges. I received the free sample and I thought transaction complete. Not so, for in a month I received another bottle of Pliatrol which I did not order. I called Pliatrol customer service and was told that according to the free order if you did not cancel within 14 days your order went on automatic and you would be shipped Pliatrol monthly at a cost of $85.00. I was told that this wa... read full review »

BarCareers.com
April 13, 2008
BarCareers.com is a complete SCAM. They advertise bartending jobs all over the country paying $20-$60 per hour (check careerbuilder or numerous other job boards). These jobs the claim don't actually exist they are just bait and switch tactics to have you call a 800 number. You are then directed to their website BarCareers.com. Once there you learn that you have to pay to become a member or pay to have them "qualify" you as a bartender. Once you've paid you find out that they actually don't have that fake job they... read full review »

DO NO FALL FOR THE 99 cent SCAM!!! They will take money out of your account for an ANNUAL fee - they say it is in the TERMS and CONDITIONS but you can't get to those! I never received any product and I was charged the initial .99 for which I got a little tube of whitener. I was fine with that. By the time I could see my statement I had 2 additional charges in the amount of $54.95!!! I received a box after I cancelled by e-mail and I plan to send it back to them. They say the Terms and Conditions state that there is an annual membership of... read full review »

Vacation Network, Inc.
November 6, 2006
I signed a contract with Vacation Network, Inc back in 1996 to sell my time share. Once I paid the $500 fee I never heard from them again. I was going through a lot of old papers when I came across their contract and remembered the situation. I was very angry at the time but I'm not usually one to complain. I was curious about the company to see if they were still in business. I found their website under Googe search and was kind of surprised to find other complaints about these crooks. I just want to echo the complaints along with the... read full review »

PN Financial
October 29, 2009
I received a rather long, odd, and rambling letter on cheap computer paper from an Attorney John Sullivan from P.N. Financial at an old Indiana address. In the header of this letter was a "docket number" supposedly obtained in a Indiana Court and a SSN that wasn't mine. The body of the letter was literally titled "FINAL NOTICE OF JUDGMENT". In what I can only describe as a unprofessional diatribe the letter purported to be the last attempt (even though this was the first time I had ever heard of PN Financial) to... read full review »

I ordered from this company on the 1st. They charged my Credit Card IMMEDIATELY when I placed the order. The following week, I check my email to see they wrote me to say they backordered an item (website said "in stock") and would I like to get a different item instead? They would not ship my order until they heard back from me. Due to the lateness, I wrote back and CANCELLED my order. Central Kia

My daughter *thought* she bought a car at this dealership over a month ago. However, she never received her license tags and started getting calls about a late payment on the car she traded in. This week she went to the dealership to pick up license tags and learned that they had not been able to secure financing for her. They wanted the Kia back and gave her a loaner - a piece of junk is more like it - stating that the car she traded in (a Neon) had been taken to another lot and they would have to go get it. The next day, her Neon was still... read full review »

Can’t recommend!! I wish I could considering the scarcity of shooting facilities but I have been there three times and the staff is always rude, unprofessional, and lacking in firearms knowledge. The facility is expensive, $21 per person for only 30 minutes and they charge every person even if you are sharing the same range. Until now I have put up with the rudeness and cost because they were close to my house but today’s experience has put an end to that. I too used to use Unishippers and had many of the same issues that are written about here, extra charges billed higher than the quoted amount and freight claims not paid because if you read the disclaimer it says freight is insured for much less than the industry standard of $20.00 per lb. that's why their rates are low. I switched to TransLogistics Transportation a medium sized broker based in San Diego, CA. These guys really know their stuff when it comes to freight transport. So I guess what you are confirming is that is OK for you to make a product where some fails in less than the 36 months that has nothing to do with mileage that you feel that's OK to make and install such a shabby product on what used to be the good name of Chrysler. And that its OK to have parts that don't last 3 years , but you use the mileage excuse to deny a claim even though you and I know that mileage should not have anything to do with power window motors that fail at the same time. In the summer of 2005, my wife and I planned a trip to England, and booked a van rental for a couple of days through AutoReservation.com with Alamo car rentals, so that we could take friends of ours and our daughter and her boyfriend to the Isle of Wight. Flexcin has money back guarantee advertised if you take all 3 bottles as directed and it doesn't relieve fibromyalgia pain and you return all 3 empty bottles. I did all as they advised and they received my package of 3 empty bottles 14 days ago, but no refund yet. I tried emailing them but I got my email's returned.
