We booked a cruise directly with RCI, instead we ended up in a reconditioning/construction zone. Imagine being on a cruise ship, for a well-needed vacation, that you paid good money for, and you end up being in TOXIC FUMES for approximately 7 days of your cruise. Be prepared to be on hold for at least an hour. I've spent over 4 hours making calls to them to resolve and issue. Repeated e-mails have gone unanswered. My bank account was charged $42.89. I called the number and asked what it was for. It took a long time for the person to give me and answer and then said it was for Bumpits, for the hair. I told them I did not order it and they said it was already shipped and that I would have to send it back for credit. I had ordered the Rezberry Pro and Rezberry Ultra on August 25, 2009. I received the products, and decided I didn't want them anymore, so on Sept. 6, 2009 I sent them an email stating that I wanted the order canceled. I had 14 days to cancel this. It was within the 14 days when I notified them, they say it was over. I have been charged for the two products. One was for $68.32 and the other was for $87.00. Was suppose to come in a two hour window of time, didn't and was late The carpet samples of the "best" carpet were a very poor quality. her first estimate of a 12x12 bedroom was $1500, then she knocked it down with discounts to $1080. I still said that was really high so she called someone and got it down to $875 or $765 or the lower quality carpet. I said no thank you. Ordered a free trial from this company and in very small writing it says they will take further payments... which they do as and when they please. Even before the trial period is over! They have today tried to take 5 payments of £71 but were stopped by my bank, thankfully. I took my car to this Tire Choice location for new tires and an alignment. When I drove it in there was absolutely no exhaust noise, but when I picked it up there was a noticeable roar.
