They booked my gas and I get a booking no. is 17. An unusual charge appeared on my cell phone bill. When I inquired about it, they said it was from some company called Media Breakaway. I've never heard of this company nor have I ever subscribed to anything, yet somehow I was charged for a subscription for ring tones from them. Upon further investigation, it turns out that this company has been sued for millions regarding scams and even refers to its CEO as Steve "the Scam King." Comsumers beware!! I too was taken by this scam. While on another website, a reputable website, I received a pop-up for this product, asking if I could receive a good product for .99 would I try it. Tri-Cap is an agency that helps people with their gas/oil/electric bill. They are located in Malden, Massachusetts. They have about 7-10 case workers who work there. these guys are total jacks. I paid for my case in full and was told we could do filing in a week. They never return calls, they increase fees from what is advertised, which were also paid right away. Here we are nearly a month and a half later, and I have to babysit them to get the paperwork sent in for credit counseling. Every step of the way I have had to contact them, call multiple times... Recently, my husband, who pays on our credit cards, discovered that the Bank Card, used for Sahalie purchases has been charged a regular monthly fee of $14.95 for the Sahalie Rewards Program, which I have never used.
