I purchased a new Nitro 189 Fish and Ski boat from Tracker Marine in 2008 and had the shop add several items to the boat. I paid for a new larger trolling motor and base to be installed, a fish finder to be installed, and a separate depth finder to be installed on the console. Looks like I'm not alone in being stung by ParetoLogic after paying $29.99 to register their hopeless RegCure programme. Chris Hutcherson is not to be trusted and will say and promise anything to get your money for his Elevision Network website. I have been paying my student loan through collectcorp biweekly for the past year. I receive a phone call last week stating that it's taking me too long to pay this debt and they are going to pursue legal action. Currently I owe them $2600. I honestly don't even know where to start with this company. I trusted them to take care of me for my first assignment and it was nothing but problems as soon as I signed the contract. They put me at the wrong hospital, after I drove out to TEXAS from FLORIDA. The apartments they put me in was filthy with duck poop. In December 2008 AX lowered my limit from $17, 500.00 to $5, 000.00 without notifying me before taking that action. They also raised the interest rate to 27.24% !!! This is robbery. I've had a credit line with them since 1982, and this is no way to treat such a long time, good paying customer. This card will be canceled and I recommend everyone else do the same. I took a friend of mine (35 years) to Midway Kia because I was stupid enough to believe in their infomercials and their nonsense. My friend ended up spending much more than the car listed on their site. To say nothing of a much larger down-payment and monthly payments. Aero All Gas in Hartford, Ct, a family based propane supplier, has appeared to forget their roots as a company. 17 years ago, they buried propane tanks in my neighborhood and have supplied the propane ever since. Problem is, they've charged different rates to home owners during the entire time. Property owners beware of this company! They will take your money and not pay contractors for services provided. This can result in a lien being filed on your property. I bought a Sears Kenmore side by side model # 56546400 based on the Consumer Reports recommendation. I did not have it home a week and the first Jabil controller board burnt out. They replaced that, but 20 months later, it burnt out again. The repairman said boards almost never burn out...so what are the statistical odds of it happening to my refrigerator. I had switched my online savings to GMAC a few months ago since they had a high rate (comparatively). When conducting an online transfer, I got an error message from the website stating to call. I called and the person was very friendly and assisted me in making the 10k transfer out of my checking. 2 days later, I find out that they processed the transfer twice - taking 20k out of my checking. I purchased a camera through their web site & instead of shipping a factory sealed unit as was advertised they called me to "confirm" my order. There's a very good reason the large banking companies are in hot. They deserve tighter regulation and punitive measures. I'm enraged with Chase, our home-mortgage co. A notice appeared on our January statement informing us that we had purchased an "optional product" that we had NOT purchased. They requested a fee of $35 for the acceptance fee afetr which they were to send me a confirmation notice as well as banking materials. Up to this day they have not communicated with me. They SOLD me an item they did not HAVE & will not REFUND me. I purchased a 10mp digital camera and they instantly took my money. They claim you have to pay a fed ex charge of a ceratin percentage for each state...ie pa 11% extra. For any LCD product? Just buy the tv froms the store. I had dirrect tv for eight years. The service was ok; we did loose signal when it rained or if there was a strong wind.
