My husband and I purchased a timeshare through Bluegreen at ShoreCrest I in No Myrtle Beach, SC. We have 12,000 points every other year. As, GT McDaniel, we soon learned that we didn't have enough points to use the timeshare for an entire week. Whenever I called to make a reservation, there were never any openings. Absolute control freaks. Constant threatening notes to the entire community about policy enforcement and arbitrary rules created on the fly (esp. regarding parking) that feel like the place is ran like a prison. I too have problems with the Kenmore Elite Trio Refrig. Mine has a bad fan motor. I have had the refrig. for two years, while under maintenance agreement having the same trouble getting the appliance serviced another person. I paid my care credit card online on the due date; approx 5:06 in the afternoon and was charged a late fee of $39. They tell me if its one minute after 5p.m. it gets posted to the next business day. I had purchased a new 2006 Dodge Dakota at Jenkins Chrysler and Dodge in Cumberland, Md. last September. Several months later it developed an abnormal shaking in the vehicle when the brakes were applied. I have Devics disease and I am in and out of the hospital due to the damage to my spine which causes me to lose all use of my legs. On my Verizon Local Phone bill was a section with charges from "Other Providers" In the details the following company was listed: OAN Services, Inc. Ideal Savings Now LLC Voicemail Nationwide with charges of 14.95 plus tax (1.05) total charge = $16 I called the numbers listed on the bill to cancel the service and then stayed on the line (which was required) to request a refund of the charges. This is an attractive gas fireplace. However, before purchasing one I urge the customer to open the door at the bottom of the fireplace, remove the panel and examine the mess behind. The rat's nest of wires is something not worthy of a high school science project. Also remove the battery tray on the right side. This should convince the customer to look for another unit. There is not any other contact information given. A search resulted in an physical address connected to the web site but the Better Business Bureau has no listing of them. This company advertises heavily on TV at this time of year. The web site is very deceptive. Lots of flashy popup specials, but no final tally or web page on which to confirm your order or check to see what you are really getting or your final costs. There is no place on the web site where a phone number or company contact information is listed so that you can cancel an order before it is shipped. Now I am stuck with too much of a product for which I paid too much and I will have to pay shipping costs to return the product. I felt cheated and deceived.
