I sent my PS3 for repair on June 2008 I received an invoice with repair needed to get my PS3 working. The charge your Credit Card then never return your equipment. I have sent e-mails, called the company they give you the run around. They have told me that it has been sent, to they needed to order another part to fix the issue, or they will just hang up on you and never pick up the phone. I bought a copy of the game "Murder in the Abbey." Although my computer met the requirements, the game would not play. I returned to the store and exchanged it for another copy. I live in Orange County, CA and was stuck in San Diego, CA due to car trouble. I had to phone my boyfriend by calling from a payphone and having it billed to my home telephone number. I just got the bill from Legacy and it is ridiculous. For 10 minute I was charged $17.80, 3 minute $10.97 and for 5 minutes I was charge $25.75. The less time I talked the more they charged.
