I called tech support for a 2 year old Photosmart printer. You have to use the special ink cartridges that came with the printer the first time you use it. I lost them. This website sells cheap electronics (specifically cell phone chargers & accessories) made in China that do not work. Most products, such as car chargers and wall chargers sell for under $10 (including shipping!) and just simply don't work. Consumers then have 48 hours to report their product "damaged" and even then are 100% responsible for shipping the item back for a refund. Had the worst time with Kwiatkowski Plumbing. I called them to clean a clogged sewer. The plumber they sent told us it couldn’t be cleaned out and needed replaced at a super high price! Do not, no matter how tempting, ever buy a computer from this company. The company is a third party that resell systems that are actually manufactured by other companies. Primarily MSI and the like. Their customer service is all but non-existent, and they provide absolutely no service whatsoever for system drivers - for the systems that they "build." I found it difficult to cancel the future billing. This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. The representatives are like robots that simply read everything off a computer and have no idea what is going on--ever!!! The payment processing center is a separate entity than AHMSI3 itself. Therefore any time you write a check it takes forever to process- and nobody at the customer care center knows anything about it because they literally cannot communicate with the payment processing center.
