Well, My husband and I went and ate lunch at church's the food was good, We ate our food and drank our drinks and I always take my ice along to eat on the road. Well, I took the top off my ice and went to eat it and I looked down into my cup and I saw something brown. I said OH GOD Please no. But sure enough it was a roach. I immediately stopped my truck opened the door, threw the ice out and went to throwing up. I had to get all that food out of my stomach. I received a bill from nwpsc for $160+ including a previous balance of $75+ and late fee of $10. I made the complete payment on the same day. However, neither did I receive my previous bill for $75+ nor did their online system allowed me to login and check my account balance. Do not purchase this software. You WILL get ripped off. You download this software and it doesn't work at all. I had a pop up from my antivirus software warning me it was a very dangerous download. One Suite inactivates you every 6 months (approx) and they make you call to reactivate. Then they want more money if your deposit gets too low. Their goal is to keep your deposit. I never ordered product from this company but they link into other companies and get your info and charge you and say you ordered it from them. Their f$78.23 and $85.18 and then they won't refund. The people there are rude and they do not handle your concerns but instead talk in circles. I was charged 1.95 by a company that advertizes with Oriental Trading Company...Easy Saver. Easy Saver has a history of unauthorized charges scammed from the Oriental Trading Company website. Apparently Oriental Trading Co. knows about this because when you call them to complain they refer you to Easy Saver who insist that you signed up for their "service" and that they will take it off your credit card. I called information and got a number but it was just a message machine. The number is:. It did state on the message that it was famous poets society however. I have been arguing with Verizon DSL Billing since January 07. I had trouble with their services from Dec. 06 when I first installed their software. My phone service went out for about 5 days. Finally after a lineman checked the connections, they determined it was from a mistake when the office connected the DSL. My billing has never been straight since signing up for their DSL. I went through an Ebay transaction where Molitor Motorsports failed to fullfil their contractual obligations. They stated to me the item was on its way but instead of sending the item, the refunded my money. At which time I left a negative feedback "did not receive item" on Ebay's feedback forum. At which time, Alex Molitor from Molitor Motorsports started to send harassing emails. He used derogatory language and threats of legal action which have no bias and emailing me directly outside of Ebay. When I sent the product back I should have been issued a refund in 6 weeks. Called them, they said they needed a tracking number from UPS (or whoever) to be able to link me to my return, even though I had my name, address, and they RMA (return confirmation number) on the outside of the package like they asked me to when I called for instructions for returns. I took my 3 dogs in to Pets Mart to board for a week. I was gone 3 days when I got a phone call one of the dogs was sick and on the way to the emergency vet. No more than 15 minutes later I got a call from the vet saying the dog needed to be put down immediately. Temp was 105-106 and he was blue. Vet thought it was bloat, but some things didn't quite fit. I have the same complaint as all the others. They say they will send you a free trial, just pay shipping and handling. Well, you don't get the free trial until after the 14 day cancellation period. Why would you cancel something you never received. I was billed $88.64 on my credit card. A&E Customer Repair Service is awful!!! I have had multiple visits to my home to have my Whirlpool Duet washer fixed. There technical analysis of possible problems with my washer was terrible. Ordered Heartgard pills for my two dogs from 1-800-petmeds. They contacted Blackwood Animal Hospital to make sure that both does had been tested (which they both were together, both came back negative for heartworms), and as anyone who has dealt with 1-800-petmeds before, know that that is how they operate.
