They claim that I have a debt with Capital One, But I have never had a Capital One account as verified with Capital One directly even confrenced them in to hear this. They (riddle) also claims that they will send proof of this debt and have claimed to have sent it 5 times over the past 6 months yet nothing ever arrives. They call me 1-2 times a day and when i answer they prompt me to an automated system that hangs up when i press 0. Avoid this company. Their site freezes a lot and it goes from 5 sec to auction ended and you can't bid, so all the money that you spent is gone. Customer service is slow and useless, don't bother writing to them, they wont do anything. Me and my husband both work, and with the economy we try to get a bargain.But i had to get gas and after i put gas in my car i drove for a little while then the car died, i had to get it towed i relized, that when we got our car back from the mechanic the gas had messed up the fuel filter the injectors and the fuel sensor. There was a letter from a "mom" in Austin on the internet that said that buying both these products had the best results and then links to both sites to get their "free" trials. They advertise flat screen tv packages with surround sound and wall mounting bracket included. When I tried to purchase one, the sales person fist told me the surround sound was crap and I should upgrade to another product. Then I was told the mounting bracket was an addition 144.00 dollars.
