I was looking for a Clover CM600W. Found this store elecOtronics. Their web page said IN STOCK. Just in case, I contacted them and to my "surprise" I was told it was out of stock and discontinued. I believe they should NOT LIE to customers, and when they are not sure of something they should at least avoid mentioning that something is IN STOCK. I've placed my order with TyentUSA in mid May. I have been told that my order should arrive within 10 business days - around May 25. On May 29 I still did not receive my order and decided to call TyentUSA. The only person that was available to speak to me was receptionist, which did not have any information to help me. I've been going to Foster's Freeze (Milpitas Ca.) for Ice cream treats for years. Recently they've changed owners. I ordered a parfait. The parfait that I was served only filled half the cup that it was served in. I asked the lady at the counter why it didn't look like the parfait that was on the poster that advertises it. We wanted to look at a room before we booked, but the guy at the front desk wouldn't let us see, we booked a room anyways since we needed a hotel near to my aunt's place. Most of the claims I submit to Wage Works is denied for supporting documentation. These bills were for a Radiology Dept, Radiologist, ER room, ER Physician and an eye doctor. Dave Spiggle of Lane Productions entered into written contract with Wayne Birkhimer to book the band Tease 5 shows in a period of 90 days. Only 1 booking took place. A request for the $500 deposit was made on July 4th when the 90 days expired and agreed upon by both parties. No refund was given. Many attempt have been made to get a refund and all attempts have failed. Mr. Spiggle was given 2 months to satisfy this debt or be sued. Bargainland advertised a Tektronix curve tracer using a photo that showed an intact picture tube and suggested the item had a value of over $1,200.
