I would urge anyone who is considering a home purchase here to rethink your decision. The developer has not honored the one year new construction warranty. The community gates have never been functional in the two years I have lived here. I am not aware of one happy owner here. I will be happy to give you many examples of the issues in this community. If you have already paid a deposit I would try and get it back. If you can't then I would just lose the money you paid and take a walk.
