Midwest Manufacturing makes Mastercraft Doors and sells thru Menards. Long story short: we bgt FIVE (5) Mastercraft French Doors for new construction. EVERY single one leaked horribly. I have been in a 12 week nightmare. At the beginning of August, I purchased a dining room suite (table, 6 chairs, buffet and hutch). I was told that delivery would be 3-8 weeks. At the time, I was fine with that as Thanksgiving was almost 2 months from the worst-case scenario. Looked up the web site offering EZ Combs after seeing commercial on TV. I've since seen complaints that the combs are of inferior quality, but that wasn't the reason I'm complaining. When I placed order, I was offered additional combs for a price of $7.99 which I accepted, adding to original price of $16.99. After submitting order online, the confirmation page returned a price of over $71, which was almost 3 times what I had agreed to pay for the product during the ordering process. I started getting excessive phone calls from NCO, a collection agency, followed by several letters. Eventually I got some letters in the mail from NCO, indicating that they were attempting to collect on belhaf of 1 & 1 Internet. I contacted 1 & 1 and was told that in the past I had purchased domains from them (which is true), and that it's their policy to automatically renew domains every year. When I tried to access it, I was told that there was a problem with my spam filter (I had just successfully downloaded a different pattern with the same company), and I should email proof of payment to a supplied address. My experience is they were supposed to only charge my debit card $1.95 and they would send me an information (cd) on the grant info. Instead I was charged $57.61 and 38.21 for some Turbo-IRS-Taxes.com that I have never heard of or used. The airline "zeroed" and canceled the second flight on a round trip ticket I purchased because I apparently did not show up for my first flight when indeed I did and I had a boarding pass to prove it. I ended up calling the 1-800 customer service line to talk to very rude agents in India who denied that I ever boarded the plane. After spending hours on the phone, I had to drive all the way to the airport to talk to an agent in person who finally admitted that the airline made a mistake. I have made all my payments and they reported I have not after. They said it’s in a reserved account and when I sign my new agreement with them they will credit my account. They reported to credit companies I am late ruin my credit score, cant refinance with anyone because of it and was told if I don’t sign they will not take it off my credit report. I have taken a Reliance Card internet service and they promise 3.1MBPS. But it is not true. Very rarely we get the download speed up to 200KBPS otherwise it is just 50 to 60 or 70KBPS only.
