I received a phone call from a sales representative claiming that Prestige Management sells high quality sales leads. I was informed that the leads were pre-qualified and waiting to received a phone call from a local insurance agent. Upon receiving the leads, we started calling immediately. Great American Roofs came to my home and promised to repair my roof two months ago. I spoke with their salesman and provided him with all of my information, which included a work order and a contract. Customer service at its poorest, paid for a phone line for 6 months that had no dial tone. Called them to say that we had no dial tone for them to come out and fix it. When they showed up they dialed the phone number they were coming to fix and, obviously, got no answer so they LEFT! the records showed that we were not home, after i had taken the day off from work to sit at home and wait for them! The number that I was able to get through on to cancel this account was different to the one in the terms and conditions. It was 866-481-8192. As I was calling from Australia, the international code was 0011-1. Managed to cancel my account thank goodness. I had to try a few times: the first time I got disconnected immediately; second time I got disconnected after about a minute and the third time I got through after being on hold for about 4 minutes. DVD's were copied from "Turner South" tv. They were in a home made dvd case. No copyright on the DVD. DVDs were home made with a printed DVD lable - like I would make for a home made movie.
